Manager ? Retail Financial Planning

 

 MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

 Create financial plans and forecasts for the company?s rapidly growing retail businessCreate and manage P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow models with regular updates with different scenarios and assumptionsManage store payroll plans.  Work with field management to ensure compliance with prescribed targetsComply with due diligence requests related to lenders and other financial stakeholdersCreate detailed annual financial plan for retail storesCreate and manage store-level sales plans and incentive requirementsAnalyze financial results and identify areas for improvementWork with information technology group to improve system reporting abilities, and help ensure the capabilities of the company?s new retail system are maximizedManage one direct report

 

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS ARE:

 4+ years experience in financial planning, reporting, or analysis.  Retail experience is preferredBachelor?s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or related fieldAbility to work with financial and/or retail systemsHeavy Microsoft Excel experience
