80% financial reporting - 20% overseeing traditional accounting (there is a Controller for the day-to-day accounting). You must know your FASBs and be VERY technical in your accounting/finance knowledge. You will be process-driven, enjoy working in that think-tank-take-action culture, and you will have had some IPO experience in the past.

Success is practically guaranteed with several members there already having gone through successful IPO's at other organizations. It is a solid team.
