You will develop and build Predictive Business Models to assist in the decision making process related to investments in promotions and incentive programs, changes in business environment, forecasting, etc.., including tracking the success of initiatives and business decisions against models and conducting post mortem analyses.

 

You will also develop baselines for increased accuracy in future model development, and assist with the development and enhancement of KPI's for Executive Management. Our intention is to make you a business partner for department executives and also a key go-to person for the VP of Business Analysis and the Sr VPs of Sales and Strategy.

 

Requirements:

1.  BS/BA - finance, economics, math or statistics, Advanced Degree - math, economics or statistics is preferred, and

2. 3-5 years experience as data or statistical analyst in a corporate environment.

3.  Must have knowledge of Business Intelligence tools.

4.  Experience with statistical tools such as SAS or SPSS as well as experience using SQL.

5.  Capable of developing complex predictive models and tracking results to enhance future predictability.

6.  Experience with delivering results under pressure Excellent communication and writing skills.

7.  Experience with complex data sets and business environments required

Salary/Pay Rate: $80k-$90k + Bonus
