A/R Clerk

Mission Landscape Services, Inc has an immediate opening for a A/R Clerk.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Process monthly maintenance biilings, extra billings and 20 day pre-lien and conditional releases

* Weekly post all customer checks to unpaid invoices and any credits or voids. Bi-weekly run a customer statement for past due invoices.

*Monthly run job cost reports

*Keep contract files up to date with current contracts and insurance certs and all filing up to date and organized.

* Responsible for reviewing aging accounts and contact customers to determine reason for delinquency.
