This is an incredible management opportunity for an accounting professional with  7 plus years of accounting experience -- ideally with MANUFACTURING experience. -- the selected candidate will have PROVEN managementabilities (2 plus years) as well as an exceptional background in all areas of general accounting.

The selected candidate will be responsible for the supervision of two or more exempt professional employees and five or more nonexempt.

The ability to frequently interact with other managers and supervisors at all levels of the organization from a variety of group divisions is a MUST.

Responsibilities INCLUDE -- (but not limited to)

**direct and organize a variety of departmental activities and programs working with staff and employees

**maintain and improve case advance systems

**maintain and enhance corporate freight payment system

**responsible for the implementation of a variety of accounting systems at new locations such as freight, cash advance, and centralized accounts payable system

**the ability to work closely with corporate department of risk management in area such as allocations of insurance expenses, reimbursement of workers compensation, product liability reserves, etc.

**Must have the ability to develop a general accounting procedure manual

 

EDUCATION :  BSBA / BBA in Accounting

MASTERS / MBA a PLUS
