ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE ASSOCIATE
This position is primarily responsible for Invoicing and Cash Applications in an Accounts Receivable function and other duties as assigned.
Detail Description:

* Billing and Invoicing for all lines of business
* Tracking and Correcting Interface errors
* Manual Entry of Invoices where required
* Processing of Credits and Debits for invoice corrections
* Processing adjustments in association with invoice corrections
* Electronic Invoicing
* Cash Entry (checks / credit cards / wire)
* Processing adjustments in association with cash applications (withholding tax / FX / credit cards)
* Client refund requests and recovery requests

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous Cash Application, Invoicing and Reporting experience in the Software Industry preferred. At least 1 year accounting experience required.

Requirements:
* Experience with Microsoft Excel
* Advanced understanding of Cash Applications process
