Accounts Receivable Clerk - Technology

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Support Clerk to assist with various duties relating to A/R and collections in the Accounting Department.

Duties include: Issues invoices, verifying information including sales taxes and freight charges. (Essential) Uses a computer system to apply daily cash receipts. Prepares daily cash balance report for Controller. (Essential) Focuses attention on collecting outstanding receivables and making the necessary adjustments to resolve collection issues. (Essential) Calculates commissions and bonuses for internal and external sales representatives. (Essential)

? Prepares journal entries for monthly general ledger close. (Essential)

Qualifications:

? Working knowledge of computer systems including software packages such as Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word.

? Demonstrated teamwork skills. Demonstrated excellent communication skills.
