Accounts Payable Clerk
ERGO 2000 INC

Job Purpose:

Process vendor invoices for payment by verifying purchase order price and quantity to the receiving report and reconciling invoices.

Job Summary:

Reponsible for the three way matching process of purchase order, receiver,and vendor invoice. Data entry input and check processing. Additional duties include maintaining accounts payable files,handling vendor telephone inquiries and administrative responsibilities.Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.

Qualifications:

Candidates will have one to two years experience in accounts payable with computerized systems along with a customer service attitude.Pays attention to detail. Approaches work in a meticulous and thorough manner.
