Account Receivable Representative

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team. In this role you will work as an accounts receivable contact with our customers.

Requirements:
Candidate should have 3 years experience in accounts receivables.

 

Qualifications include:
- Excellent Computer skills in MSWord, Excel and Outlook.
- Prior accounting software experience helpful.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.

- Ability to initiate and follow up with collections calls.
- Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the company.
- Ability to work well independently and within a team environment.
- Demonstrate accuracy with detail and numbers.
- Effective interpersonal and telephone skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
- Transportation industry backgrounds a plus.
- Good multi-tasking skills.
- Competent problem solving skills.
- Experience with 10-key and data entry.

- Basic accounting knowledge.
- Professional demeanor.

Duties of this position will include but are not limited to:

 Processing invoices, memos, and credits. Job duties also apply to: Daily cash receipts to individual accounts- will scan reports daily, and file daily for department, will also contact appropriate parties for documentation required for unknown deductions, maintains customer files and perform other job duties as assigned by management.
