Principal Duties and Essential Job Functions:
Responsible for billing government contract and commercial clients, with supervision, in a timely and accurate manner. Responsbile for monthly reconciliation of unbilled receivables, review aged receivable report to identify unpaid invoices, maintain and update billing folders. Qualifications: - Knowledge of government contracting (customer invoicing) Computer software skills with automated accounting software (Deltek, Costpoint, etc.) - Clear written and verbal communication skills - Detail oriented - Able to work in fast pace environment

Basic Qualifications:
- BS in associated discipline and 0 yrs experience, or - AA in associated discipline and 2 yrs experience, or - High school graduate with 4 yrs accounting experience. - 0-1 year experience of computer software skills in Microsoft Excel and Word. SO1
