Nationwide Floor & Window Coverings is the Milwaukee-based corporate headquarters of an international franchise company.  With over 90 franchisees across North America, we are expanding our staff to add a new position.  We are looking for an accounting professional to join our team.

Functions of Position:

 Record bank transactions on a daily basisPrepare and analyze financial reports ? includes P & L, Balance Sheet, Aging and Cash FlowManage department budgetsPrepare tax forms and reportsGenerate A/R & A/P reports and improve processesReconcile accounts on a regular basisManage Payroll process for small officeAdminister HR and Benefits for small officeAssist Director with compliance and reporting issues of franchise system

 

Qualifications of Position:

 Education in Accounting-related field of study5+ years of Accounting experience, preferably in a small business environmentQuickBooks ProficientMust have excellent computer skills ? Microsoft OfficeMust have good communication skillsMust be able to accurately solve accounting problems Must be extremely detail-oriented
