Accounting Administrator

Summary:

The selected candidate will be responsible for the Accounts Receivable and Billing function.  Duties will include calculating monthly invoices, reconciling these invoices to the unbilled analysis report, and submitting invoices to the appropriate paying agency.  Will also be responsible for ensuring timely receipt of payment and following up and resolving any discrepancies.  Will assist with audit inquiries as they relate to billing and cash receipts.

 

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

2-5 years experience in government contract billing; proficient computer skills

Bachelor Degree in a Business related field; an accounting major is preferred

 

Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Deltek Costpoint experience is highly desired;
Experience with invoice submission in WAWF and WINs
