An Accounting Administrator of Credit is responsible for processing credit applications by, reviewing applications for completeness, obtaining sales tax exemption certificates if the customer is claiming to be tax exempt and has not sent in a certificate, obtaining credit information from bank & trade references, and giving processed credit applications to credit managers for final review. Other duties include: Assisting in collection calls and follow-up calls to store managers and customers and mailing collection letters. Perform duties in Payroll involving the processing of checks, keeping registers, or in the accounting area dealing with invoicing of customers. AP/AR review invoices and input data. In store accounting area, maintain JV store accounts. In tax area, prepares annual reports and tax fillings. Regional Assistant Credit Managers process credit applications and assist in collections.


EDUCATION:

? A High School Diploma/GED
? Related business experience

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

? Knowledge or previous experience with Oracle
? Good mathematical, organization, and communication skills
? Proficiency of 10-key
? Data entry
? Microsoft Computer skills
? Background Check
? Drug Screen
