Accounting Clerk

Job Description:
A fantastic opportunity for the right person! Are you an Accounting Clerk with a minimum of one to two years experience in accounts receivable? If so, Sonitrol has a great opportunity for you! The ideal candidate must be detail oriented. Moderate to high knowledge and use of Excel software applications such as complex spreadsheets would be preferred. This position requires a very organized individual who is not afraid of numbers and can work on their own. This position is for a local company working in the accounting department. Duties include but are not limited to research of customer accounts, making sure that payments received match account information, coding, data entry and identifying errors. Job Experience:
Accounts Receivable, Data Entry, MS Word, MS Excel, use of automated accounting system(s), Outlook, knowledge and application of general accounting practices.  Work experience in additional accounting functional areas preferred.

The successful candidate will have a record of stable employment history in accounting position(s), possess excellent organization, communication and people skills, and be highly competent using Microsoft Office products like Outlook, Word and Excel.
