Accounting Clerk

Trafalgar Tours is looking for an Accounting Clerk for it's Anaheim, CA office.  This person will be responsible for processing credit card refunds and charges, accounting adjustments to customer bookings, agent commission and refund checks, check receipts, and other duties.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Posting cash receipts and credit card payments on a daily basis.Process and post customer refunds on a daily basis.Process check runs: approximately 300-500 per week.Perform account reconciliations.Maintain customer accounts.Prepare bank deposits.Perform accurate and timely filing.Other duties may be assigned.

 

Qualifications:Previous accounting and heavy data entry experience preferred.Strong PC skills and 10 key by touch.Must be detail oriented and have strong organizational skills.Knowledge of accounting software a plus.Must be able to effectively communicate with others.
