Accounting Clerk

Accounting Clerk: We are actively recruiting for an Accounting Clerk to be based in our Newport Beach, California headquarters. This position will report into our Manager of Accounting and be responsible for general accounting duties.

 

Responsibilities:
Enter accounts payable invoices
Vendor and customer reconciliations
Match check copies to invoices
Assist with check run
Spreadsheet projects
Account reconciliations
Collections
Filing
Other projects as required

 

YOU HAVE:
Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience in accounting (payable & receivable)
Proficient in MS Excel, Word and 10 Key
Excellent communication skills and teamwork a must
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines


Requirements:

 

?Intermediate knowledge Microsoft Office Suite (Powerpoint, Excel, Access & Word)
