JOB DESCRIPTION:    Selected individual will review all accounts monthly and prepare monthly consolidation reports for management review in a timely, accurate and efficient manner. Prepare Month End Journal Entries to General Ledgers. Review Month End Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. Reconcile bank statements. Maintain fixed assets records and prepare annual depreciation schedules. Prepare fixed assets report, month-end closing, financial statement preparation and reporting. Assist in credit management not limited to maintaining credit checks on customers, issuing credit limit to new customers and monitor collection. Assist Controller with annual budget preparation.

 

REQUIREMENTS:  BA/MA Accounting with 5-7 years experience preferably in a manufacturing environment.
