Accounting Manager (Bilingual - Chinese)

Accounting Manager

This position will report to controller and be responsible for the entire month end close thru consolidated Financial Statements, responsible for overseeing the entire fieldwork process during the annual audit. The Accounting Manager must be a Team Player, promote teamwork and possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, extraordinary organizational skills, ability to meet tight deadlines and ability to multi-task.

Key Responsibilities
? Prepare and consolidate financial statements
? Establish and maintain internal controls
? Manage all aspects of the General Ledger
? Manage bank and general ledger reconciliation
? Oversee month end closings
? Provide monthly, quarterly and year end analyses which will include operating metrics
? Supervise accounts receivable and accounts payable
? Supervise issuance of insurance certificates to customers
? Maintain cost accounting systems and reporting
? Special projects and assignments from controller as needed.


Skills and Attributes:

Solid communication, organizational and interpersonal skills are required. Ability to communicate with other departments and senior management in a professional and assertive manner is necessary. Candidates must have a thorough understanding of GAAP, budgeting and an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications to include Excel & Power point skills. Candidate must have the ability to complete multiple tasks accurately and timely in a fast-paced environment and have excellent problem solving skills and a commitment to work overtime during the month/year-end closing process.


Experience and Educational Requirements
? At least 3+ years experience in an accounting manager role.
? Bachelors degree in accounting, finance
