Accounts Payable Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for all of the necessary tasks in processing and managing the company's accounts payable to ensure timely, accurate payment of invoices in accordance with established company guidelines.? This includes matching, reviewing, setting an invoice up for payment, researching and resolving invoice discrepancies, account reconciliation, auditing for sales use tax, and maintaining accurate files for assigned vendors.? Responsible for matching weekly check run and mailing checks to vendors.? Assists AP Supervisor in managing yearly 1099 process, and other special projects as needed.

Requirements:

High School Diploma with?a minimum of?two years in AP environment.??Candidate must?posses analytical skills and?be able to demonstrate?the ability to: ?balance and prioritize multiple projects,?adapt to a flexible, fast-paced, team orientated work environment.? Prior experience with MAPICS is a plus.
