Job Summary



 

Primary responsibilities would require knowledge of full cycle AP process. High demands for processing high volume of invoices and payments.

 

Job Responsibilities and Duties

? Reviewing Detail of Invoice.

? Preparation of check request.

? Attaining proper approvals.

? Data entry.

? Assisting lead payable personnel. 

? File maintenance.

? Maintain good communication between vendors and clients.

 

Criteria

? 10 key by touch.

? Strong mathematical and analytical skills.

? Computer literate.

? Effective communication, planning, and organizational skills.

? Excellent follow up.

? Logical reasoning
