Accounts Payable Supervisor

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SUPERVISOR

In-N-Out Burger, a successful family-owned and growth-oriented restaurant company, has an excellent opportunity in our Irvine office for an Accounts Payable Supervisor with 3+ years AP Supervisor experience and 7+ years experience in AP.





The selected candidate will manage our AP daily work flows in our high-volume environment, plan and implement AP process improvements to improve efficiency and strengthen controls, and provide guidance and training to AP staff. Responsibilities include: process full-cycle AP, supervise AP staff, interact with vendors and ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices, review and analyze AP aging and other AP reports.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills, an in-depth knowledge of AP best practices and internal controls, high attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and a strong team orientation are essential. A degree in Accounting or related field is a plus.
