Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payments in accordance with policies and procedures, including maintenance of associated files and preparation of various reports related to the accounts receivable function.

 Performs day-to-day accounts receivable activitiesIdentifies and resolving collections problems on client accountsAccounts Receivable functions, invoicing and daily depositsPrepares and generate customer invoicesUse and Sales Tax return preparationMonth-End closing support

 

Requirements:

 Demonstrated accounting skills including those related to financial systems, consolidations and account analysis.Knowledge of accounting policies, procedures and generally accepted accounting practices.Knowledge of general office methods, practices and procedures.Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail.10 key skills.Competency to utilize Company software and proficiency in Microsoft software applications and a willingness to learn new systems as necessary.Ability to work independently and under strict deadlines.High school graduation and related college courses.One year accounting experience.
