Accounts Receivable Specialist

D-Link Systems, Inc. in Fountain Valley, CA, is one of the manufacturer leaders in the fast-growing market of networking and related products.  We currently have an opening for an Accounts Receivable Specialist who has a great attitude, is motivated and a self-starter.  The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years Accounts Receivable experience, with emphasis on cash application, charge backs, dispute resolution, and account reconciliation.

 

THE ROLE INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO:

* Strong communication skills both written and orally with customers, sales, and management

* Account receivable reconciliations, collections, and cash receipt posting

* Strong documentation skills

* Ensure all cash receipts are posted daily

* Assist in Departmental projects as necessary

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

* Manufacturing/networking industry experience preferred

* Excellent oral and written communication skills

* Minimum 3+ year Accounts Receivable experience

* Ability to multi-task

* Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

* Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines

* Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment

* Outstanding problem-solver

* Good analytical and judgment skills

* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is mandatory

* Experience with JDEdwards is a plus
