Accounts Receivable Supervisor

Creative Environments, an expanding real estate development and property management company, located in Los Angeles, CA is looking for a qualified candidate to mange our Accounts Receivable and Collections operations for our portfolio of residential and commercial properties throughout Los Angeles.

This individual will be responsible for all areas of tenant collections including; tracking individual accounts, the collection of rent, generating monthly statements and past due notices, evictions/lockouts, CAM reconciliations, Performing lease analysis, general accounting work, accounts payable, and working with an external collection agency.

A detail-oriented college graduate with at least 4 years collection and accounting experience is strongly preferred.  Candidates should also possess the following:

? Strong financial/analytical and organizational skills

? Ability to work independently

? Ability to process work quickly, accurately and with changing priorities

? Excellent verbal and written communication skills

? Superior customer service skills

? Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and Outlook.  Yardi experience a plus.? Property accounting or real estate experience preferred
