Assistant Controller

Allez Spine, LLC, an innovative spinal implant company, is looking for a controller to assist the CFO with the financial affairs of the organization and with preparation of financial analysis of operations, including interim and final financial statements with supporting schedules, for the guidance of management.

 

-Oversees and maintains the activities of the Corporate Accounting Department for the accurate and timely dissemination of financial management reports including, but not limited to, internal and external monthly financial statements, and annual audits and annual budgets.

-Oversees the activities of accurate and timely processing of accounts payable, purchase orders, employee expense reports, cash control, payroll processing and total corporate payroll tax compliance.

-Oversees the activities of the Accounts Receivable department to ensure the accurate and timely management of all Accounts Receivable aging components including billings, cash receipts applications, etc.

-Assures corporate income tax compliance to assure the accurate and timely completion of all corporate income tax returns taking full advantage of favorable tax codes.

-Performs monthly balance sheet accounting analysis.

-Performs budget vs actual analysis on a monthly basis.

-Books necessary journal entries on a monthly basis.

-Monitors delinquent A/R.

-Performs internal audits.

-Establishes and maintains systems and controls which verify the integrity of all systems, processes and data, and enhance the Company's value.

-Respond to CFO as assgined with accurate and timely work to facilitate his financial needs.

-Participate in a wide variety of special projects and compile a variety of special reports.
