Associate - Federal Tax

KPMG LLP is the audit, tax and advisory firm with the strongest growth record over the past decade. We offer our clients industry insights and a multidisciplinary range of services. We are currently seeking a Tax Associate to join us in our Anchorage office.

KPMG's Federal Tax Services practice is a resource for clients that need help complying with the latest IRS rules and regulations. Our tax professionals who handle federal tax issues bring the experience and commitment necessary to deliver tax compliance and advisory services to help meet our clients' specific needs.



Responsibilities:
* Compile and review tax returns and financial statement tax provisions
* Conduct tax research and planning
* Work in, and be part of, a multi-disciplinary team
* Keep up-to-date on current tax practices

Qualifications:
* One year of corporate tax experience
* Knowledge of IRS codes and corporate tax matters
* Strong research and organizational skills
* BA/BS degree from an accredited college/university in Accounting, Business or a similar discipline
