Job Description:
Law firm has immediate opening for a Billing Account Administrator WHO HAS LEGAL BILLING EXPERIENCE. In this position, you will support the Billing Manager and the Controller. You will act as the case manager for specified clients and process all aspects of national billing functions and prepare related reports and analyses. Responsibilities: Maintaining any necessary database to ensure accurate billing information; Processing monthly bills; Ensuring that billing attorneys approve bills for mailing or e-billing; Mailing regarding e-billing issues and following up on e-bills until approved for payment; Updating e-billing database. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance preferred; Five years of general accounting or finance experience; legal billing experience; Excel and Word; and Elite or CMS preferred.
