BUDGET ANALYST--- NATIONAL LAND DEVELOPER

Working with one of the leading and largest Land Developers in the West Coast. 

 

We acquire, entitle, and develop properties for sale to homebuilders and commercial and multifamily developers. The company adds value to every undertaking by expertly identifying suitable properties, understanding key site qualities and determining appropriate options for both the broader community and those who will use the land once it is developed.

 

We are looking for a strong Budget Analyst for a Division in Santa Clarita.

 

Your responsibilities will include but no be limited too : -

 Submit monthly budget updates

Position requires heavy spreadsheet creation, use and maintenance

Attend construction meetings

Costing of Due Diligence

Budget Maintenance

Variances analysis

 

Skills:

Great attention to detail

Strong analytical skills

Excel ?expert?- beyond proficient

Advanced Microsoft Project

 

Candidate:

Successful Candidate will come from an Accounting/Finance Background with excellent excel skills.

 

Candidate must come from a homebuilding/Developer or a Construction background.
