TITLE: Billing Coordinator


LOCATION: Torrance, CA

 

 

JOB SUMMARY:

Operate as single-person billing department for all internal clients of LiveOffice Corporation. 

 

RESPONSABILITIES

 Provide payment receipts for clientsRespond to inquiries related to charge backs from credit card companiesMaintain accurate/ timely communication with Administration ManagerRespond promptly to billing inquiries via phone, email or written requestAssist clients by providing thorough explanation of  monthly credits or debitsReceive and process payments over the phone such as credit card transactionsResponsible for updating and maintaining internal billing system Code and post incoming payments to appropriate accountsPast due invoice management/ Collection Calls

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

 Minimum BA or BS Degree2-3 years billing experience Well spoken, individual to articulate with all level of clientsAbility to prioritize and multi-taskMust be extremely detail orientedProfessional demeanor and ability to respond well under pressure
