Bookkeeper / Accountant / Accounting

Irvine based marketing company is searching for an experienced full charge bookkeeper. This can be a part time or full time position. A degree is preferred, but will consider extended experience and skill instead of a degree. Pay for this position is negotiable and will depend on the level of experience.

Must have experience in working with Quick books, be detail oriented, dependable, motivated, good computer skills, and able to work independently. 

Duties would include the following:

managing A/P and A/R function 

posting to general ledger and register

bank reconciliation

credit card processing

produce reports and other financials for executive team

assisting with payroll processing (through third party)

flexible hours
