Bookkeeper to $36k+ - High School

Job Description: Prestigious and well-known Jewish Orthodox high school is looking for a full time bookkeeper. Responsibilities will include maintenance of general ledger, preparing various accounting statements and financial reports, accounts payable including maintaining all payment records, compiling amounts owed from purchase orders, charge slips, etc., accounts receivables including processing credits and soliciting payments. Additional duties include managing tuitions, registration process and fees, payroll and Human Resource functions. Successful candidates will have bookkeeping experience and possess the ability to multi-task and work independently. Proficiency using Excel is required. QuickBooks is a plus. Salary: Mid- 30's.
