Job Description: Immediate need for a Bookkeeper/Office Manager for this apartment developer. Must have experience working with QuickBooks and have office administration. Will be processing payroll on ADP. Responsibilities include organizing calculations for worker's comp, taxes etc., collecting time cards and verifying. Ideally would like a candidate who has payroll experience but will train if necessary. Will handle producing invoices, writing checks, ordering supplies and filing. Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel and QuickBooks. There will be some involvement with profit and loss statements and quarterly reports to the state. Salary is $45-50K. MUST LIVE IN LOS ANGELES!!!
