Cash and Collection Auditor

Position Description Summary:

 

Responsible for analyzing & resolving billings, as well as tariff compliance issues.  This includes billing inquires & customer disputes, obtaining information for unauthorized short payment.

 

Principal Accountabilities:

 

?  Timely faxing/emailing/corrected balance due invoices that are sent to the teams for verification

?  Respond timely to customer inquiries regarding short payments

?  Review or adjust balance due invoices

?  Audit invoices for billing accuracy to resolve discrepancies for prompt payment

?  Interface effectively with internal/external customers to resolve billing issues

?  Verify data in system to ensure accurate receivables

Working relationships ? regular interaction with peers and management concerning matters of complex issues

 

Assignments Complexity ? Work on assignments that are complex in nature where considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making recommendations.

Requirements:

 

PC proficient in Word, Outlook, and Excel

Well­- developed analytical and problem solving skills
