We have an opportunity for a Collection & Credit Manager, who will manage the collection activity and administer the Company's collection & credit program for the US West Region. This person will consisting of four Collection Assistants. In addition, Collection Manager will perform customer credit risk analysis.
Responsibilities include:

Develop and implement processes to improve cash flow and reduce receivables utilizing a collection staff
Supervise a staff of four Collection Assistants
Perform customer credit risk

Qualifications:

4-5 years minimum collections management experience including managing staff
Proven ability to improve cash flow and reduce receivables
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and detail orientation
Positive attitude and professional demeanor
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel and Word
Industry experience helpful
