Collections Specialist

NRC Environmental Services Inc, a west coast company specializing in emergency response, project services, industrial cleaning and hazardous waste services, is seeking a highly motivated person to fill a key position within our Long Beach location?s Accounting Dept.

 

This position entails collections of outstanding A/R, customer contact regarding overdue payments collecting on 30, 60, 90 day accounts, working with Project Managers and invoicing.

 

The ideal candidate must be an aggressive self starter with excellent communication skills both written and oral to interface with customers and management.  This position requires the ability to prioritize and multi-task to achieve maximum results in a fast paced environment.

 

Experience must include 2-3 years in collections and billing preferably in a services type industry.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel/Word/Outlook as well as Oracle is a strong plus.
