POSITION SUMMARY: 

Primarily responsible for invoicing clients for purpose of replenishment of trust accounts.  Performs general collections, monitors trusts accounts for daily activity, and processes various bank transactions.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Invoicing billing for all trust accounts on weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly basis.Mail monthly bank statements and reconciliation.Update Imprest Analysis.Maintain TRM client billing informationEnters new client information in Tussman systemPost recon exceptions located by Trust Accountants.Special assignments delegated by Trust Supervisor.

 

EQUIPMENT OPERATED/USED: Computer, 10-key.

 

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

 

Education:  High School Diploma

 

Experience: Two years in collections and/or billing environment. Previous banking experience and account reconciliation helpful.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Excellent communications and customer service skills. Ability to multi-task, and accomplish certain task in a specific timeframe. Needs to be able to take analytical approach to problem solving with in emphasis on accuracy while posting in various system programs.

 

Other Qualifications:  Ability to interact with co-workers and other departments to resolve collection / posting errors.

 

Mental and Physical Requirements: Understand and follow instructions.Compose cohesive, concise and professional correspondence.Organize data, including filing.Physical effort ? light work, exerting up to 20 pounds of force (moving boxes and binders).Computer typing and otherwise working with fingers.Substanial movement of wrists, hands and fingers.
