Controller

Controller with in depth, diverse background in finance, accounting and auditing, as well as a proven ability to lead, motivate and coach at all levels. Will be responsible for managing all aspects of the accounting and finance function, its subsidiaries and affiliates, supervises a staff of 2 direct reports and 13 indirect reports. Reports directly to the CFO.

Qualifications should include:
- Exceptional analytical and problem solving abilities, including budgeting, forecasting and cost
analysis.
- Extensive experience in financial planning and reporting with the ability to formulate business strategies.
- Experience in cost/production accounting.
- Min. 7-10 years of relevant management exp. in Finance and Accounting position
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance is required. MBA preferred.
- Exp. in auditing in a public accounting firm. CPA preferred.
