Windsor Republic Door, Inc. is a recognized leader in the manufacture and sale of commercial and residential overhead doors and commercial steel doors and frames.  We are seeking a Corporate Controller to manage the accounting, information technology and audit functions of the Company.   The Windsor business has sales approximating $100M, with plants in Little Rock, AR, Marysville, CA and 23 distribution centers in major cities across the United States.  This position reports to the CFO of Desco Corporation and the General Manager of Windsor.

 

The successful candidate will have 5 to 7 years of experience in multi-location manufacturing accounting.  Experience with ERP and product configuration systems is a plus.  Strong cost accounting experience is a must.  A four year college degree in accounting or finance is required. CMA or CPA certification is highly desirable. Expertise in Microsoft Access and Office is required.

 

Hands on, factory floor experience and the ability to work with sales, marketing and manufacturing management is expected.
