Cost Accountant

Cost Accountant Description: Do you live in Queen Creek and are tired of spending half your paycheck on commuting back and forth to work?
Here's the perfect job for all of the Accountants living in the Queen Creek area !
The ideal candidate will successfully perform the following duties: establishing approved projects in SAP, monitor project spending, close projects & capitalize/tag assets when projects are complete. Must be able to prepare & enter monthly journal vouchers, provide summaries & analysis of actual & forecasted capital spending, depreciation, and capital assets. Additionally, must be well versed in inventory and cost systems.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or related business field. 1-3 years cost accounting experience preferably in the manufacturing environment. Experience with Maxcim, SAP & Microsoft office applications. Must have good communication & interpersonal skills, in addition to being able to find answers, resolve issues, and complete projects.

Location: Queen Creek, AZ

Type: CONTRACT

Duration: 120 - 180 Days

Pay Rate: 25.00 - 30.00 Hourly DOE
