 Job Description

 

This position is responsible for calculating the actual cost of product received by matching and receiving documents with any/all of the following:  invoices, letters of credit, wire transfers, duties & freight invoice, etc.  You will analyze the difference between actual cost and standard cost; research cause of variance and make note of findings.  You will contact Accounts Payable or production to locate missing documents. You will update L/C and Duties & Freight database, and record the actual costs in the Gross Profit files and filet he supporting documents.

 

Job Requirements:

 

? One year Cost Accounting experience

? Knowledge of MS Excel

? AS400 experience a plus

? Accurate data entry-10 key a plus

? Attention to detail
