Manages all aspects of employee benefits, including administrative, legal, and financial issues relating to healthcare coverage, retirement plans, and educational assistance programs.


Applies a compensation and wage structure that matches the needs of the organization.


Superior record of positive results resolving workers' compensation filings in applicable jurisdictions.


Expert knowledge of state and federal employment and labor laws. Experience providing legislative, regulatory, and policy support for employment litigation.


Maintains painstaking attention to detail, completing multiple or repetitive tasks. Demonstrates a serious commitment to accuracy and quality while meeting goals or deadlines.


Can be trusted to handle extremely confidential and sensitive information.

BA or equivalent experience.
