Finance Manager

Finance Manager needed for non-profit organization in West Los Angeles. Great opportunity to be part of a team that is working to make a difference in the world.

Functions:
? The Finance Manager works under the supervision of the President
? Produces monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
? Monitors cash flow
? Prepares annual tax filings including Form 990
? Ensures compliance with government rules and regulations
? Oversees payroll functions
? Administers employees? benefits
? Manages multiple cash and investment accounts
? Plans and prepares operating budget
? Prepares all financial documents and reports accurately and timely
? Responsible for all accounting functions: accounts payable and receivable, bank accounts and other asset reconciliation, depreciation, etc.

Qualifications:
? Bachelor?s degree in business administration, accounting
? Knowledge of Peachtree a must
? 3 years of experience in nonprofit financial management preferred
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Excellent analytical and organizational skills
