Duties and Responsibilities:

 Prepare reports, graphs and charts of data developed based on strong financial modeling and analytical and quantitative skillsPrepare presentations of financial analyses ensuring reasoning for conclusions are clearly illustratedRecommend actions to be taken and strategies based on detailed data driven analysis

 

Requirements include:

 Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance with 5+ years financial analysis experience.Mortgage banking experience is essential

 

Technical skills required:

 

?  Experience with SQL queries and working within relational databases

?  Extensive use of macros and pivot tables

?  Superior skill with spreadsheets, relational databases, multi-dimensional OLAP cubes

?  Word processing strongly preferred (Excel, Access, SQL, Crystal Reports)
