We are seeking a Financial Analyst to play a key role in growing our business by performing accurate, thorough reporting and analysis. Primary responsibilities include:
Producing monthly and quarterly reports for the small-group business area
Consolidating/budgeting forecasting reports
Performing high-level long-term planning and reporting
Gathering assumptions from various internal departments
Producing financial models
Making recommendations for process improvements
Completing ad hoc projects 



Strong financial and variance analysis experience is essential to this role, in addition to excellent communication skills. Prior accounting experience is preferred, and a background in the healthcare industry is ideal. Computer proficiency is a must. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required; CPAs are encouraged to apply.
