Full Charge Bookkeeper

Dockmasters, has been servicing Southern California since 1952.  Dockmasters, is seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper.  Dockmasters, is a multi-line dealer of equipment; such as, truck locks, hydraulic and mechanical dock levelers, scissor lifts, stretch wrappers, pallet inverters, wheel chocks, trailer jacks, wheel risers, rail car ramps, guard rails, roll-up doors, sectional doors, high speed doors, freight elevators, wheelchair lifts, home elevators and much more. We also provide service and repair on dock equipment and industrial doors.

Responsibilities of the position: Process all transactions for Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cash Receipts, Cash Dispursments and Bank Reconciliation.Issue invoices.Make collection calls.Process credit applications for new customers.Handle all accounting related items.Other duties related to accounting as required.Compensation will be based upon experience.

 

The ideal candidate for this job will posses the following skills:Preferred experience with MAS90/MAS200.Must be able to use Word and ExcelPreferred experience with AccessBe a self starter and work without continued supervision.Follow established procedures.
