This is a wonderful opportunity to step in as a Manager of Financial Reporting of a $600M+ company. This company is internationally branded and well known in the sports world. 

Client is a SEC registrant; you will manage the SEC and compliance reporting.Major responsibilities of the position: External reporting, including financial statements and all SEC & SOX required filings Implement Sarbanes-Oxley compliant processes High level corporate budgeting and forecasting Coordinate and Manage annual audit and quarterly reviews Assist Corporate Controller in creating sound financial practices and internal control across the company: coordinating, developing and directing implementation of corporate wide accounting policies and processes

Requirements: Bachelors in Accounting or Finance (Masters a plus)  CPA designation preferred Minimum of 5 years experience with SEC Reporting Comprehensive knowledge of SEC, SOX and US GAAP standards Exceptional research and project management skills Clear, concise communication skills (written & verbal)

Salary/Pay Rate: Up to $150k
