 THE ROLE ? TAX ACCOUNTANT / KEY ACCOUNT SUPPORT (Job Requisition #12905)

This position supports our Power User Group, an elite group of clients representing only 5% of our 25,000 clients. As a Tax Accountant ? Customer Support Specialist you will be providing telephone support to power users of our ProSystem fx tax and accounting software and their inquiries. Inquiries can be regarding tax compliance, accounting, technical or software specific in nature.  Currently we have seven full time positions available.

? Provide one stop support covering Tax, Technical and Customer Support.

? Assist in product certification and testing.

? Handle high profile customers ? power user group.

? Handle stressful support calls with a calm reassuring response.

? Develop professional relationships with customers.

? Participates in renewal efforts when appropriate.

 REQUIREMENTS>>>Ability to relocate to Wichita ? paid relocation/sign on bonus<<<

? Bachelor's degree in accounting or computer science related field or equivalent combination of education and corporate tax accounting work experience.

? 1 tax season of business/corporate tax preparation or support experience; Combination of 1 year of corporate tax and software support experience strongly preferred.

? Senior positions are available to candidates with more than two years of tax preparation and technical experience.

? Professional certifications, i.e., CPA, EA, CNE, MSCE are a plus.

? Experience with ProSystem fx a plus.

? Must possess service attitude and ability to provide quality customer service.

? Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

? Ability to interact with customers in a professional manner.

? Strong interpersonal skills.

? Ability to work a flexible schedule and overtime as required and approved to meet objectives.
