One of North America's Largest Home Builders is looking for a Project Administrator - AP to process all invoices including contracts, indirects, marketing and warranty invoices.? Position handles?one to?two homebuilding projects.? Requirements: 1-2? years Full cycle AP, experience with reconciliation and excellent communication skills.? Prefer construction experience and preliminary lien release experience - but not required.? Business Casual environment with lunch provided every Friday! Location:? Costa Mesa, CA?? Salary: $15-$16 per hour

This positions will serve as the primary point of contact for our Canadian vendors, School Presidents and Corporate area.? Requirements:? 2+ years experience, high volume (400 invoices per week), experience with coding and?batching, experience working with vendors, statement reconciliation, knowledge of general sales tax (GST) and provincial sales tax (PST).?
