Manager - Information Risk Management

We are currently seeking a Manager to join us in our Los Angeles or Orange County offices.

Information Risk Management (IRM) Services professionals assess, design, and combine leading information management and operational processes, approaches, technologies, and controls to help enable sustained business value and risk management in support of the business. Information Technology (IT) organizations and their leaders often need a business focus that helps enable them to better organize and prioritize their IT investments based on factors including business value created, return on investments, and management of risk.

Responsibilities:
* Support Partner in providing delivery of IRM and other Advisory services engagements to Japanese clients
* Perform IT Audit reviews of various types of application and system platforms including ERP systems, operating systems, and the review of general IT system controls to Japanese clients
* Perform Sarbanes Oxley (S-O 404) process and control documentation as well S-O 404 control testing
* Document business processes controls related to IT systems for Japanese clients
* Communicate business process improvement opportunities to Japanese clients, both verbally and in writing
* Participate in business development activities and identify new client opportunities
* Provide leadership to team members and client staff which can contribute to their continued growth and development



Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent experience in an appropriate field
* Fully bilingual in English and Japanese (speaking, reading, and writing)
* Six years of experience in IT Audit, financial audit, S-O 404, or IT business process improvement and controls
* Previous experience in public accounting firm, advisory firm, or relevant industry experience
* Experience leading teams, mentoring staff, evaluating performance and providing performance feedback
* Excellent communication skills and experience presenting and facilitating workshops
* Strong project management skills
* Willing to travel including international travel to Japan
