Job Description: The Tax Prof is responsible for performing services for client engagements on-site as assigned in the respective local office Solution Area. Responsible for researching & consulting on various tax matters; Utilize tax-related sw to prepare & process returns; Conduct the following tasks: compliance & reporting, process improvements, & risk and controls assessment; Prepare tax returns for S corporations, C corporations, partnerships, estates, trusts, not-for-profits, employee benefit plans & foreign clients; and Respond to inquiries from the IRS & other tax authorities.
